Apprenticeships
For our company to continue successfully growing it needs new apprentices to make this happen we believe this to be one of the most important ways we can expand our highly skilled workforce and why we value our apprentices and ensure they receive the best possible training as it helps develop the company and your skill sets.
Our apprenticeships involve working on many varied projects using a broad spectrum of joinery skills with highly skilled time served tradesmen. Providing a fantastic opportunity to become a valued member of our team possessing skills enabling you to successfully complete many projects others may not be capable of.
We work very closely in partnership with North Lindsey College.
Our Work Force
All members of our team
Are highly qualified and motivated time served tradesmen or apprentices currently in an approved apprenticeship training framework.
Are registered cscs card holders
Are fully compliant with current PPE legislation
Are fully insured
Also, the majority of our work force hold operators licences for certain plant machinery i.e. telehandlers, rough terrain fork truck, skidsteer, which we believe are an integral part of what we do (which in many cases eases the burden on the main contractor having to source a plant operator to keep up with current legislation).
